To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase from our website.

Please do NOT send your purchase back to us.

We only replace items if they are not your order within 3 days of receipt. If you need to exchange it for the same item as your order, send us an email with photo proof at and do NOT send your item to us.
